The New York City marathon in November. The last couple of years the whether has been perfect, a little chili but still warm enough for shorts for the runners. But it can be cold when they stop running and the muscles cool down fast. Therefore all runners get a big silver look like, shinning cover when they finish their run. It keeps them warm and except from being convenient and practical for the runners, it creates a great sight all over Central Park, when you see the runners leave after their long run.
