As sweet as it gets!

This is the Danish Hindbærsnitte. If you don’t know it – you must try it. You will either hate it (probably because its too sweet) or you will (like the Normann Copenhagen HQ team) love it. Our now former colleague Anne Marie made these “snitter”. If you also want to give your colleagues a extra nice treat, here is the recipe in Danish and the Google translated English version. Enjoy.
