#1. The MoMA shop in New York (US). Setting the standard for the rest of the worlds museum shops, you are bound to find a few design product you just can’t live without. And while you are there, don’t miss their great book selection.
#2. The Louisiana shop in Humlebæk (DK). You haven’t visited Denmark until you have visited the louisiana museum – and done some serious shopping in their beautiful shop. We highly recommend their posters from previous exhibitions.
#3. MAK design shop in Vienna (AU). Expect to find unique products like a German – Indian “Plastetasche” or a USB stick in the shape of a classic wooden clothespin.
Bonus info: creativity in the MoMA Cafe’ – the use our rubber washing-up bowl as a cooler. Brilliant.
