Its really hard deciding between turquoise and red (and the bowls look the most beautifull in my eyes if several different sizes and colors are combined anyway) but if I really have to choose I will go with red.

My parents were married in 1956 and received a red Krenit Bowl as a wedding gift. It was always around the house, and none of my seven brothers and sisters and I knew what it was. All we knew was that our Dad called it the “Krenit Bowl” and it was used to hold bananas, Hallowe’en Candy, and sometimes miscellaneous stuff on top of the refrigerator (rubber bands, coupons, cereal prizes etc). My brothers and I eventually assumed our Dad had made up the name as a tongue in cheek jest. We weren’t a very Avant Garde family. I’m very excited to know that my Dad was the only one in our group who could appreciate it. I plan to buy one for my oldest sister.
