What’s better than an ice cold and fresh smoothie on a hot summerday? Mixing sour and sweet fruits gives a delicate and light summer taste, to brighten up a Monday.
What you´ll need for two glasses of smoothies:
2 dl. skimmed milk
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
How to make it:
Halve the grapefruits and squeeze the juice from them by hand, or remove the peel and use a juicer. Peel the banana and blend it together with juice, milk and vanilla sugar in a blender until smooth. Serve cold.
For serving the grapefruit smoothie we recommend you to use a clear glassbottle or carafe for showing the beautiful color of the smoothie. We used our Cristal Carafe.
