Ready for glazing
It looks simple - but the Grass vase has proven to be one of the most difficult products to produce. Shifting from a few items pr. week to mass production has been a very bumpy road, leaving many grass straws broken in the process. But thanks to our Chinese colleagues Cathy and Roger we have solved the problems - and the Grass has finally started to “grow”. Grass will soon be available in selected stores.
Last night Claydies won Bolig Magasinets Design Award 2008 for Best Handicraft. Ladies you really deserve this award because you are setting a new standard for modern Danish design.
The Grass vases will be on display in our store tonight – together with the other design award winners.
